We offer single, multiple, and long-term rental agreements. Prices vary depending on the size and duration of the rental. Please begin your selection below to see the pricing options.

Manhattan Studio Rental Information

The Joffrey Ballet School, Manhattan, offers over 18,000 square feet of facilities in New York City, including multiple restrooms and changing facilities. We provide single, multiple, and long-term rental agreements. The 6th Avenue location features six studios ranging from 1050 square feet to over 2200 square feet. Pricing depends on the size and duration of the rental.

The Joffrey Ballet School, Long Island City, offers over 15,000 square feet of facilities, including multiple restrooms and changing facilities. We provide single, multiple, and long-term rental agreements. Pricing varies based on the size and duration of the rental.

Studio B: 1350 sq ft - $35/hour

Studio Policies

Studio must be left in the same condition as when the renter arrived.
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items.
Turn off lights, sound system, close all windows, and ensure the studio door is closed.
No food or drinks other than water are allowed in the studio. All bottles must be discarded in trash cans provided in the studio or lobby area.
Regular street shoes are not allowed in the studio.
Absolutely no hip-hop, tap dance, or shoes with metal nails or soles in any of the studios.
Absolutely no rosin is allowed in any of the studios.
No inappropriate activities are permitted in the studio.
The security system must be armed correctly upon exiting the facility if you are closing. A $100.00 fine will be assessed for each security system infraction.
We reserve the right to move your booking to a different studio or time with a 1-day notice to the renter.
The renter shall not use any “Joffrey” wording in their advertising or marketing other than to reference the location of the studios. It must be labeled as “Joffrey Ballet School.”
We reserve the right to amend these policies with a 14-day written notice to the renter.

Maintenance Fee and Policy Acknowledgment*

I agree to abide by the policy. I understand that my credit card will be charged a minimum maintenance fee of $25 for any cleaning or damages. I also understand that my rental contract will be terminated as a result of any violation of the above policies.

Additionally, all rentals are considered pending requests. Without confirmation and payment, no rentals are confirmed. We request that renters do not arrive at any location without first receiving confirmation and completing the payment.

Rental Studios are Closed

We apologize for the inconvenience, due to building maintenance, Joffrey is not offering studio rentals from Saturday, April 16 to Thursday, April 27, 2023. We look forward to working with you in the near future. If you would like to be notified once the maintenance is complete, please fill out the form below.

Rental Terms and Conditions*

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is less than 6 hours, notification of cancellation must be given at least 1 week (7 days) in advance of the commencement of the booking period.
If the booking requires or requests that administration be present, notification of cancellation must be given at least 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the commencement of the booking period.
If the booking period is for 1 or more consecutive days (6 hours or more a day), then notification of cancellation must be given at least 1 month in advance. Deposits will not be refunded.
Renters who have a recurring weekly rental must submit notice of one-off cancellations 1 week (7 days) in advance for any dates they will not be utilizing. If they are stopping their recurring booking, 1 month notice must be given.

Payment Policies

Payments for bookings will be collected at the time of booking.
Payments can be made with credit and debit cards.
If recurring rentals are scheduled, payments will be charged on a monthly basis.

General Policies

The studio must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. All trash must be discarded in the lobby trash receptacles.
No eating on the premises.
No street shoes or shoes with heels may be worn in the studios.
Joffrey Ballet School is not liable for any lost items. Anything found will be placed in the designated lost and found.
Lights, stereo, and AC, if used, must be turned off and windows must be closed shut after rental time.
HEPA filters need to be kept running during the rental period.
A $100.00 fine will be assessed per security system infraction. This includes not closing or locking the studio door as per instructions via email and taught in person by the administrator.
If the renter exceeds their rental time (i.e., arriving in the studio before the allotted time or staying beyond their 10-minute grace period ending time), they will be charged for the overage. Charges will be rounded up to the nearest quarter of the hour. Joffrey Ballet School will inform and charge the card on file.
We do not offer refunds. All invoices and dues are based on reserved times; once reserved time has been confirmed, the renter is responsible for the reserved time and payment.
You may locate WiFi information hung up on bulletin boards or near the entryway inside every studio, depending on the location.
